Room 5 - twin en-suite £55 - £66 prpn

Room 6 - double en-suite £70 - £75 prpn

Room 6 - double en-suite + sofa bed £100 - £105 prpn (3 people)

Room 7 - double en-suite £70 - £75 prpn

Room 8 - small double en-suite £50 - £61 prpn

Room 9 - double en-suite £55 - £66 prpn

Room 10 - super-kingsize en-suite £74 - £76 prpn

prpn = per room per night, based on two sharing unless stated.

Bank Holidays will incur an extra charge. Single occupancy is at the owners discretion charged at £45 per night. We are a non-smoking establishment.

Regrettably we have no facilities for children or pets. Rooms are available from 3pm. If you plan on arriving earlier please let us know. If the room is ready you can have it on arrival if it is not ready we can store your bags for you until it is so that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive.

Late arrivals (after 9pm) must be notified at the time of booking.

We currently accept the following Credit/Debit Cards. There is a 2% charge for credit card payments. A deposit of 1 nights stay per room is required on booking to secure your reservation.

Booking and Cancellation:

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Fairhaven. In the event of a cancellation, alteration or reduction in numbers by the client the deposit paid will be non refundable. Any cancellations, alterations or reduction in numbers made one week or less prior to the stay will be charged for the total amount owed. Postponed bookings will be treated as cancellations, we reserve the right to alter our tariff without notice. Damage: We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item belonging to the Fairhaven or to the fabric of the building where damage has been caused.
