Terms of Agreement.

 

The letting terms are as follows.

The letting period will be for the time you have booked.

The letting week will comence on each Saturday .

If a Mini Break is booked then the letting will comence on a Friday.

Occupation of the Cottage will take effect from 2.30pm each Saturday and departure by 1000hrs.

Where a Mini Break is booked then arrival and departure times will be specified to you.

Booking Deposits/Refunds.

Deposits are Non Refundable. Balances will be refunded if we can re-let the booking .

Breakages.

If you have the misfortune to break any item ( ie crockery or shower accessories) then please inform the management at Cyrau View House as soon as possible, so that the matter can be dealt with there and then.

Pets.

We are sorry that we cannot accommodate Pets of any kind.

Children

We are sorry but we cannot accept children .

Garden Area.

The garden area to the left of the cottage may, at certain times of the year be shared with the owners.

Car Parking.

Off road parking is available, but is strictly on a first come basis .

Personal Belongings.

The Management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any of your personal belongings in the Cottage .

 

 

Accepting these terms and conditions form part of your contract between The Management and yourselves and that you have read these terms before a booking is confirmed.
